I'm first of all a wife and mother but I also volunteer for many organizations. Search and Rescue, NMserves, EMS, ARES, Church, School and other events as they arise. Volunteering gives me the freedom to care for my family and help others though skills I've learned over the years. I'm very grateful that I am able to "work" as needed. Through my volunteer work I've met many wonderful people and hope that God allows me many more years and that my compassion to aid others in need will stay with me. God bless! Kitty

Hi Rockchild! How are those feet of yours? I've had a lovely last couple of weeks, hectic but good things happening, like graduation, confirmation and the end of the school year. Now I'm traveling with the youngest to soccer camp at Notre Dame so I haven't been writing alot. Hope you are enjoying your summer!
Mrs. Bear, I loved the picture as well. I saw it on someone's blog and decided it needed to be shared. A very poignant moment! Hope you and your wee ones, as well as Papa Bear are doing well and that all is settling down.
