- Location: Gallup, New Mexico, United States
I'm first of all a wife and mother but I also volunteer for many organizations. Search and Rescue, NMserves, EMS, ARES, Church, School and other events as they arise. Volunteering gives me the freedom to care for my family and help others though skills I've learned over the years. I'm very grateful that I am able to "work" as needed. Through my volunteer work I've met many wonderful people and hope that God allows me many more years and that my compassion to aid others in need will stay with me. God bless! Kitty

Oh yes, the shotgun has been loaded for years. Thank God that when He blessed me with girls He blessed them with brains. I still watch out for them but they are pretty savvy about "boys". And all three of them have plans for their future that keep them from getting overwhelmed by all the cute charmers out there. Doesn't mean they don't want to be noticed (what girl doesn't) but they know what they want to be when they "grow up". It helps a lot to have dreams when you are a teenager. It keeps you focused and busy on what you need to do to obtain those dreams.
