Groundhog Day

These crazy Franciscan University kids (my daughter is in front on the right with a white beanie and a blankie) drove very early on Feb. 2 to Puxatawney, PA to see if Phil the groundhog saw his shadow. He did and that's bad. But the worst thing is that Phil was right, winter is still with us. Knowing that I would want to know as soon as possible, they called me at 5:30 am (MST) to tell me about it. Ugh! Anybody know any good recipes for Groundhog? Just kidding, don't tell PETA (People Eating Tasty Animals) on me.
